Refund policy

Returns 
We offer a 7-day return window for orders within India. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as delivered — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement if needed.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the simplest method is to place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the credit.
